Descrizione
“Palliative care is an approach that improves the quality of life of patients and their families facing yhe problem associated with life-threatening illness, through the prevention and relief of suffering by means of early identification and impeccable assessment and treatment of pain and other problems, physical, psychosocial and spiritual”
World Health Organization
There are three kinds of sufferings: Physical, Psychological and Spiritual.
Some things in life cannot be explained logically, or pragmatically. Some things are beyond our understanding. If we study the action of mind upon consciousness, of mind over matter, of mind over the human body, we may realize how “each man is a power in himself”.
The spiritual consciousmess is a unitary conscoiusness, where all conflicting thoughts, pain, suffering and life circumstances are brought into a greater harmony. This gives rise to an inner consciousness that is at peace with itself.
Life is a series of awakenings.
The right exercise of thought-power is an act of creation. “Each thought is a soul”.
The goal of the way of inner peace are to reduce pain, improve functioning and enhance the quality.
